Bio
At Ball State: Will have one season of eligibility for the Cardinals, after playing four years at Indiana Tech.
Phillips on VanOort: Noelle is a well-rounded baller that can impact that game in a variety of ways. Her ability to handle the ball at a high level drew me to her immediately, then as I watched her attack, I knew this was someone I wanted in our program. She moves the ball around, finds openings, scores a ton and competes at a level that helps others around her be better. Her passion for the game and competing is contagious and I’m excited for her to join our program.
